La torre tetris es un edificio hibrido el cual ofrece: vivienda, hotel, oficinas, comercio, zonas verdes, espacios de ocio, restaurantes, etc. La idea principal de esta torre es en crear espacios innovadores con una proyección de futuro al 2050. Además, la creación de espacio público en multíples desarrollando una integración con el proyecto y actividades que les brindara comfort a los usuarios.
The Tetris tower is a building with a hybrid program that offers: Luxury apartments, Hotel, Offices, Commercial and Leisure spaces. Also, the public spaces as parks are fundamental in the design of the project.
The public space in the ground floor level is linked with the project, creating new activities and social spaces . The building is a projection to the year 2050.

Teniendo en cuenta el análisis, hemos propuesto un anillo ecológico que integra el río Bogotá con el humedal Jaboque. Por otra parte, la propuesta arquitectónica desarrolla un nuevo tipo de diseño utilizando el concepto tetris como un código genético para la composición. Por último, se pretende crear en el primer piso una permeabilidad que da a los usuarios diferentes experiencias espaciales .
We proposed an ecological ring which links the Bogota river with the Jaboque wetland, through public green space. Moreover, the buildings proposal develops a new type of design using the concept "Tetris" (Game Tetris) as a pattern for the composition. Finally, the ground floor is completely permeable, giving to the users more possibilities to develop new urban activities.

La Garra urbana es una propuesta a nivel macro, la cual, desarrolla una integración completa de la ciudad de Bogotá por medio de un gran anillo verde compuesto de los cerros orientales, los cuales, infiltran en la ciudad a traves de una garra verde que integra a la ciudad con sus alrededores .
"The Urban Claw" is a macro urban plan. The main development is the relation of the eastern hills with the city. However the hills infiltrate the city with green hubs that connects the whole city.
