It is a flexible house with the possibility of creating a different type of spaces. Besides, the design involves the sustainable ideas as renewal energy and this gives the project an importance in the environment. Therefore, the main material we use for the construction is bamboo so the eco footprint is low.
Se plantea una vivienda flexible en el interior y el exterior permitiendole al usuario crear diferentes tipos de espacios. Además, es una vivienda autosostenible que contará con sistemas de renovación energetica. Por otro lado, el material utilizado para su construcción es la guagua o bambú, el cual, es tipico de la zona generando apropiación por los usuarios y una disminución de la huella ecologica.

We propose an urban project that increase the commerce consumption in Nordelta neighborhood.
Teniendo en cuenta el lugar donde nos establecimos, nosotros analizamos el comercio de Nordelta y determinamos que es de rango alto, el cual genera segregación a las personas que viven en el perimetro. Por lo tanto, propusimos un proyecto para la población que integra el centro comercial y finalmente crea un nuevo tipo de centro urbano.
